Sound Baths

Sound Bath (Hamilton Pilates Studio)

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of instruments including crystal bowls, chimes and the wave drum. As the sounds wash over you, they help calm the mind, release tension in the body and create a sense of inner harmony.

Please bring a bottle of water and wear light comfortable clothing.

Mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks will be provided however you can also bring your own for added comfort.

Contraindications:
- Participants must be 18+ years of age
- Not suitable for pregnancy
- Not suitable for those with pacemakers or other implanted medical devices
- Not suitable for those with epilepsy or sensitivity to sound-induced seizures
- Not suitable for those with severe mental health conditions
- Not suitable for those with recent body trauma and surgery

By participating, you acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your well-being and confirm that you have no contraindicating health conditions.
Participants will be asked to sign an electronic consultation form, acknowledging the above points, prior to the event to comply with the requirements of Face & Float's insurance.

Last night was the first sound bath I’ve ever gone too so wasn’t sure what to expect but it was the most relaxing experience from start to finish. The tones and vibrations were so soothing my favourite was the sound of waves crashing, I could listen to that all day. Lauren created such a calm environment and I definitely left feeling completely refreshed and had the best nights sleep ever! I cant wait to go again x

Had the pleasure of being invited to Lauren’s (Face and Float) first sound bath event. Absolutely perfect. Loved it. Lauren led us through such welcoming, calming and relaxing experience. Wrapped in a cosy blanket, immersed in gentle sounds from singing bowls, drums and chimes. If you get the chance book into Lauren’s next event ♥️

The setting was great which created a safe environment to relax in. Lauren was welcoming and had put a lot of thought and effort into creating a relaxing atmosphere. I have been to several sound baths and this was a really positive experience. Throughout the session I felt calm and grounded. After the session I felt less stressed and slept well. I would definitely attend again and would highly recommend attending one of Lauren’s session.
